What is a gong bath?  A gong bath is a form of sound healing meditation growing in popularity as a modern healing technique. It is referred to as a bath due to participants being immersed in the vibrations of the instruments during a session (more about Gong Baths and its benefits here).

Please be aware that there will be some gentle movement &/or breathwork to prepare your body before laying down, and that your body temperature can change during the session.

There will be yoga mats, cushions and blankets available but some people like to bring their own blankets, pillows and items to meditate with as well (like crystals, photos etc).

BOOKING ESSENTIAL as spaces are limited.

PLEASE NOTE There is no admission for late arrivals after the event start time. It’s essential to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time in order to find your place and settle.

Cost £24 [ £20 concessions; see here for concessions policy. If eligible enter code CONCESSION-GONG at checkout]

While we have an internal lift to the shrine rooms and yoga studio, please be aware there are four steep steps at our main street-level entrance without a ramp or lift. On the ground floor, you’ll find an accessible toilet. Please get in touch if you’d like to discuss your specific access needs.
